After years of
rejecting God and searching for the true meaning and purpose
of life Ron had and encounter with God. He was not looking
for God but God found him through a set of very unusual
circumstances.
In 1978 Ron made a confession of faith in Christ receiving
Him as my Savior and Lord and in 1979 he was baptized in the
Holy Spirit. Since then, in over 37 years of ministry, Ron
has had the privilege of serving as a Youth Director,
Associate Pastor multiple times, Senior Pastor, Men’s
Ministry Leader, Small Group Pastor, Missions Director and
Overseer for a Ministerial Forum in the US.
In 1983 he and his wife Linda and founded New Life Christian
Fellowship Church in Middleburg Heights, Ohio serving as
Senior Pastors. Their lives have been one incredible
faith journey and are excited about the future as God
directs.
Ron has been married to Linda for 43+ years, father of two
grown children and grandfather of three. He is a US Navy
veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He worked for the
Federal Government as an air traffic controller and team
supervisor among other assignments. He retired from the
Federal Government in April of 2003 after 35 years of
federal service and moved to Bradenton, Florida where he and
his wife now live.
A well-respected communicator, Ron was also heard on radio
in the Cleveland, Ohio area for over 10 years with a daily
broadcast, “His Word on the Air.”
Ron has served as the Missions Director Gospel Crusade, Inc,
Life Group Pastor The Family Church Christian Retreat,
Bradenton, FL; he is currently the Southwest Florida
District Coordinator, Overseer Affiliated Ministries and
Missionaries for the Global Christian Ministry Forum USA
(www.gcmf.org) overseeing 35+ ministers. He is also the
Vice-President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship
International Chapter 305, Sarasota, FL. In addition he is
currently serving on a number of Ministry Boards
Ron along with his wife are founders of Word of His Grace
Ministries International, a 501 (3)C, a non-profit
corporation whose mission is to share God’s Grace where-ever
He sends us.
God has given us a burden and a burning desire to preach the
message of God's Grace and Hope that is found in a saving
relationship with Jesus Christ. Our desire is to see the
brokenhearted made whole and the sick healed; both here in
the United States and around the world! Ron’s message is a
strong faith message in trusting our Great God. Ron truly
believes that “With God all things are possible”!
Word of His Grace Ministries is working in India and is
doing this through Children’s Feeding Centers, Bikes for
Pastors, Native Missionary (Pastors) Sponsorship, Church
Construction Projects, Crusades and Leadership Conferences.
Another country the Lord has called us to is Honduras,
Central America. We are working with The World is the Field
Ministry which has been working in Honduras for over 35
years. We are helping to feed the children at the La Ceiba
city dump.
As an ordained minister, Rev. Ron Bauza is a
minister-teacher in great demand with various productive
ministries within the United States. Currently teaching at
the Institute of Ministry, Christian Retreat, Bradenton, FL,
Loving Hands Ministries in Palmetto, FL, Churches, FGBMFI
Chapters, Churches and Conferences.
His mission and leadership activities, so far, have included
two dozen + mission trips to a number of countries including
Haiti, Israel, Romania, India, Philippines and Honduras.
